Thus, not only the Water systems remain unharmed, but REINILON ID-27 further helps in protecting the same from tube ruptures caused by supsequent corrosion resulting from the harsh effects of other acidic residues.

- Performance And Dosage
To find the correct amount or concentration of REINILON ID-27 industrial Descaler to be used, please note that under normal condition, One Kilo of REINILON ID-27 can remove between the surface area and the thickness of the Salt layer, which normally would have a density of 2-3 gms/ccm. The Descaling Engineers will understand that the gas produced during descaling operations will continue till there is active Descaler and reactive scale present in the system. As soon as the gas generation stops, it means either the scale has been removed or the Descaler has been spent up. Regarding dosing of the water with REINILON ID-27 in your Cooling Tower, it is our suggested that you dilute the water with REINILON ID-27 the quantity to be applied equivalent to 5% of the Cooling Tower’s total water storage capacity. It is also suggested that prior to applying REINILON ID-27, you retain separately the sample of water prior to REINILON ID-27, to cross check the effect. By tackling the scaling at the water reservoir, you subsequently control the scaling that ensues along the water passage.
